We provide field services as described on our website. Specific services, pricing, and timelines are outlined in individual estimates and invoices provided to each customer. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling & Cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or safety concerns.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date are considered overdue and may be subject to late fees.

5. Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our work. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

6. Property Access

By scheduling a service, you grant us permission to access your property as needed to perform the agreed-upon work. Please ensure any pets are secured and vehicles are moved from work areas prior to our arrival.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
